The scoping call process
You email us a brief description of the problem or situation.
We confirm a 30-minute call, usually within 48 hours.
On the call: we ask about your current state, what you've tried, and what success looks like. You ask us anything.
We follow up with a frank assessment of whether we can help and what that engagement would look like, or a referral if we're not the right fit.
